We loved our 1 night stay at this property and wished we could have stayed longer. Located in a quaint small town in a lovely country setting, it was the perfect way to start our travels in Spain. The restaurants in town weren't open the night we were there, but the staff gave excellent recommendations for options in nearby Durango. The inside of the hotel is not what you would expect when seeing the exterior. The rooms are very roomy and clean and very modern. We stayed our last night in Bilbao before returning home here and we enjoyed it.
We liked the location and the access of transportation from the airport and to the local metro. It was located in a safe area and the hotel was very clean.
Location is excellent for both shopping and the old town. 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Very clean and well maintained. Beds extremely comfortable and no issues at all with service. It’s always easy to find something to complain about in a hotel but on this occasion I found nothing :)

This property was very nice. Nice area close to the subway system to get anyone in the city only thing which is not a bad thing, there is no staff available physically but if you call the number they pick up and help you with whatever they can. Only stating this because I know there’s people that prefer to have staff at hand as for me it was great.
Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!
Really nice hotel. VERY VERY COMFORTABLE. We stayed with our young son and it was great to have a great Park right in front of the hotel. Lots of choice for breakfast but some items could be of better quality...
My mother especially loved this cute boutique hotel. We both loved the location! We especially loved that the room came with coffee and lime biscuits. Bed was comfy, TV was great size to zone out to. We would definitely return!
