The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect.

I would give six stars to this Hotel if I could it was so great. The pool was excellent. The water was clean with no taste of chemicals. The staff was great. The place was spotless. Breakfast was delicious cooked to your liking attention to all detail. I highly recommend this beautiful palace with marble floors.
Tremendous luxury hotel with friendly staff, right on the beach. Great for kids, hUGe infinity pool, lovely afternoon teas available. While the hotel's website states that there are no restaurants on the beach after September, they really should consider having food options down there when the weather is still so lovely. Third time in this hotel, and as usual, welcoming staff, clean, and comfortable rooms, very decent breakfast , location is good, and easy access to old Madina "twenty minutes good walk" and the airport is a short drive, for tranquility and peace of mind I do strongly recommend this hotel
