This is a comfortable hotel with up to date looking rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and keeps the place very clean. The breakfast selection is above average, including hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, and a pancake machine! The location is near fast food, grocery stores, and close to downtown Hastings. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the pool. Our room also had a mini fridge and a nice TV.

Honestly we checked in about 4:30 and the front desk was worried, our room wasn’t ready they only had 2 housekeeping staff and told me they didn’t know when we would be able to get in our room. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a king suite so we could get in right away. Very professional and eager to make it right. I travel to Battle Creek often and normally stay at another hotel. This trip they were booked, so went across the street to this hotel. GREAT stay!! I will always stay at this hotel now going forward. The staff is A and having a Starbucks in the lobby is an extra bonus!!!

This was our first time at this property. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, the full kitchen,dishes, dishwasher, etc. The room was VERY clean; our number one concern. Beds comfortable and it was quite even though the hotel was full. The staff was exceptional; very nice and personable. Will definitely be returning whenever we are in Battle Creek, MI.
