Very clean and staff was friendly.

I had a 5-night stay that was made very pleasant by Maddie (sp?) who offered to make me fresh coffee when I checked out at 4:30 am, and always had a positive attitude with any of my asks. This place is situated in between many farms and corn fields, at a truck stop, so the smell was very strong when it came in on the wind. There were times it didn't smell, too, so it's weather-based. This is a comfortable hotel with up to date looking rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and keeps the place very clean. The breakfast selection is above average, including hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, and a pancake machine! The location is near fast food, grocery stores, and close to downtown Hastings. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the pool. Our room also had a mini fridge and a nice TV.

The room was small but very clean.

The front desk lady when we checked in was awesome. Food prep area could use some cleaning periodically when it is being served in the morning. Other then that it was a great stay.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! We like to have fresh towels everyday and this hotel was so nice about accommodating the request for multiple towels and washcloths. The breakfast was perfect also! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Michigan. We stayed 3 nights and really liked our room.

Honestly we checked in about 4:30 and the front desk was worried, our room wasn’t ready they only had 2 housekeeping staff and told me they didn’t know when we would be able to get in our room. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a king suite so we could get in right away. Very professional and eager to make it right. Your manager Brandy is exceptional. I’ve been to many Holiday Inn’s and this one deserves the upgrades that the others have had. The other staff is very happy and caring with the exception of night staff member Holly. She needs some re-training on customer care and friendliness.

Staff was very helpful

Staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Very clean facility and wonderful pool area. Room was comfortable and clean and shower was nice and hot.

The coach that valet parked for us was extremely nice and friendly.

This was our first time at this property. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, the full kitchen,dishes, dishwasher, etc. The room was VERY clean; our number one concern. Beds comfortable and it was quite even though the hotel was full. The staff was exceptional; very nice and personable. Will definitely be returning whenever we are in Battle Creek, MI. This is now our go to spot.

This was our 2nd time to Bay Pointe. They make us feel at home. It was a pleasure to encouter Mary Ellen at the front desk. She has a great smile!

This brand new hotel was very nice with a beautiful lobby. Our queen suite was spacious with great amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.
