Great staff. We arrived early because my wife was sick and she needed some rest, and they let us in two hours prior to the official hours (3 p.m.) with no extra charges, after explaining the situation. Also, the property was nice looking, the room was small but cozy and had all the usual amenities.
Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Poor choice in my opinion.

It was my first time at this property. I was there for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grandkids. We really liked the experience in general, but even more the responsiveness of the staff, especially the security team. We had an issue at the wave pool with another guest. My granddaughter lost her swimming googles in the pool and they were taken by a man that father of 2 young kids also in the pool. He gave the googles to his son. From when we walked in the door to when we left, the man at the desk, Sam, was so helpful and friendly. He brought out luggage in without even being asked. He gave us a great recommendation to a restaurant that was close, walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was filling and good. The same clerk was there in the morning and he remembered us. We will definitely be back.
Great breakfast options, different each morning. Conveniently located within miles to the RAC, where we had an all weekend softball tournament. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Pool area was clean. No issues.
The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!

We had requested a room on the top floor of the new building, per other travelers suggestions. We had a great view of Mt. Rainier when the fog lifted in the morning.
The room had vaulted ceilings and an additional window near the ceiling which had an automatic rolling shade to cover it at night. It was a nice touch.
