Overall fantastic location and lodge. Service and staff were great. The beds are very comfortable and great balconys.
I do have a few suggestions. Add a small refrigerator in the room and a small common area microwave/ coffee station. Logistically this may not work but it would be a huge convenience..

Cute cabin right along the river, super peaceful and quiet even with being right along the highway. Cabin came stocked with basic cooking supplies, and plenty of towels and extra blankets. Was a short drive to RMNP which was convenient, and check in/check out was a breeze! would stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Founders Point. The staff was very friendly, held our luggage on arrival and had a room ready early. I reserved a kitchenette but we were put in a room with a full kitchen. You get transportation to the restaurants, tubing, downtown courtesy of the hotel and they were very responsive. We hardly ever waited more than 5 minutes. We will be back.
The property was clean, quiet and close to town. The restaurant on site was a little disappointing. Be aware that all the restaurants on property and in town close a couple of days each week. Last comment, don’t waist your time and money at Rockies restaurant. Horrible food and maybe the most expensive restaurant in town.
This was a five star facility, don’t let the exterior deter you, in ten days of travel this was by far the best place we stayed! Hats off to the owners! Keep up the excellent service.
