Learn more about Menton
Between France and Italy, this sun-drenched Riviera town offers a delightful blend of both cultures. Wander through streets lined with pastel buildings while the scent of lemons fills the air. The Jean Cocteau Museum showcases surrealist treasures in a setting as artistic as the works themselves. Basilica of Saint Michael the Archangel towers majestically over the old town's pedestrianized lanes. Take a break at Plage des Sablettes, where the pebbly beach invites lazy afternoons. The microclimate here is noticeably milder than neighboring coastal towns. For a peaceful retreat, explore Jardins Biovès with its meticulously maintained Mediterranean plantings. Come February, the famous Lemon Festival transforms the streets into a citrus wonderland.

Hôtel Vacances Bleues Le Balmoral
"Amazing place to relax and great location"
Hotel Riva Art & Spa
"Beautiful hotel, staff very welcoming. There is a very high standard of hygiene. Couldn't fault it really. Maybe if breakfast ran until 11am it would be better."
Résidence Hôtelière Chambord
"Great hotel. 5 mins from both train station and beach."
Hôtel Vacances Bleues Royal Westminster
"Great central place close to train station"
Hotel Parisien
"Really good hotel which has all the essentials. Close to Menton Station and the beach. Hosts were brilliant and always helpful. Thank you so Much Myla and Chachang. Apologies, I may have spelt your names wrong!"
Villa Genesis
"Great staffs at the car park on arrival. Valet parking. Pool was lovely. Be ware of steps as check in on first floor but you can take lift instead. A bit away from the old town but safe surroundings. Security was high on the agenda."
Hôtel Lemon
"A pretty hotel conveniently located 5 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable, excellent breakfast that we enjoyed sitting out in the garden. Highly recommend!"
L'Orangeraie Hotel by Miléade
"It is a nice hotel but not that well maintained. The staff were very helpful though, Stephan the night receptionist and Mary the manager were so polite and as helpful as they could. The bed was horrible I have to say, the most uncomfortable bed I have slept, and bear in mind that I like firm beds."
Best Western Premier Hotel Prince De Galles
"Clean room, great view from balcony and staff were very helpful. Would recommend and we will be back!"
