"The staff on the front desk at check in were excellent. The cleaning staff somehow missed making up my room on the first day . At 4:15 the front desk told me housekeeping only worked til 5:00. Luckily somehow the front desk got them the message. Understaffed! At breakfast Sunday morning, hust one person was replenishing the buffet. As she brought out one item, guests were quick to point out two or three other items had run out. Hotel is in a lovely location but management should take a look at staffing levels. "
