"The first room was adequate but once you notice the details, it seemed the room was unkept - torn blackout blinds and dusty cabinetry. The second room was an updated suite; however, other units on the floor were being renovated and felt as if I was in the renovation zone -not a good feeling for someone who is seeking R&R. My request to change rooms was quickly addressed and with great customer service "

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom corner unit on the 11th floor.. WOW ! Incredible views. Bonus to wake up and see the horses training. Hotel property is immaculate. Gym was very nice, no water at the time I was there but still very nice. Ate at the Steakhouse, amazing food and service. The only complaint is the cafe at the base of the elevators was not always open during posted opening hours. Had to walk into the casino to grab a coffee.. NO Bueno!,, All in all, I would stay again in a heartbeat"

"Lovely staff, clean facility…but it was a sauna in our room and the hot air was blowing no matter how low you set the air temperature."

"The staff was so lovely, we stayed over for comicon. And they all were friendly and kind and loved our cosplays. Breakfast was a nice treat only down fall was no parking but we figured it out. "
