Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. "La Gemma is a beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in Florence. The decor is stunning. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast that is made to order. Everything we ordered was delicious. It should be noted that the hotel is in a busy area so I would suggest a room not facing the Main Street if you like a quieter experience. The hotel offers a beautiful launch pad for your Florence travel experience."
