"Amazing experience. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable in all aspects. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again when visiting Banff!"
"The hotel is at good and quiet location with the bus stop at its door way. Yet it is not too busy as in the downtown.
The room was well equipped, clean. I like the simple kitchen.
However, there is only two sets of washer/dryers. One set was out of order during my stay. The other set was always busy. Yet, the laundry closed at 10pm.
For the room, it sleeps 4 people, but there were only two chairs. I hope the hotel can improve these two areas.
The AC unit control cannot turn off the loud fan. I don’t know if it was by design or malfunctioned. "
"Super great location in the middle of town. Free bus to many attractions like Tunnel Mountain and gondola. Easy parking in the building. Would stay there again. "
"Perfect location for a new family. We had the king suite with day bed. Facility was brand new, newly furnished. Patio doors open up to Lynx street across from bluebird restaurant that specializes in Grilled Steaks. We couldn’t get seating with a baby as bar seats were only available. However it was a 4-5 min walk to the Keg. All stores were open late. People are pleasant to interact with. Did not have time to try out the pool and other amenities but the views were breathtaking. Parking is $14 overnight so we liked that. Overall impressed."
"The location is perfect. Close to Banff without being in the middle of it. View from my room was priceless. I loved the accessibility to the trails. Wildlife sightings were outstanding. The lodge and my room Matched the mountain vibe perfectly. Great staff, top to bottom. Best burger I’ve ever had.
Great work team!!
