"This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!"

"We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it. "

"We loved the resort. Everything was accessible and close enough to walk to in 5 minutes. Rooms were clean and staff were wonderful and helpful. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs for everyone. We loved the food and coffee bar. Our only suggestion would be for more bar staff as the lines were long for drinks in all areas. Would definitely recommend this resort! "
