"While we only stayed overnight in Zurich, the hotel Ruby was an excellent choice. The location is steps from the train station and close to all must see downtown walking tour locations. Check-in was so easy and staff in reception were very friendly and accommodating. The room and on-site amenities were nicely appointed, high tech and eco friendly. It's cool having a Marshall amp in your room in you want to have a quick shed! Thank you for making our stay in Zurich a pleasant one. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel Ruby to anyone!"

"I loved everything about this luxury hotel. I wanted to rate everything excellent but I could not get my phone to move over to that part of the field. I loved the candy butler; the small face clothes; the amenities on the refrigerator that is complimentary( being shown to the room; the food on the restaurant was superb( a cafe right next door; a door man; easy to navigate the hallways to the breakfast room and find the elevators; accommodated by making sure the room was nice and cozy. EVERYONE THERE IS SWEET AND AWESOME. This is my favorite hotel so far. Breakfast is included in the room price. Had a nice quiet sleep. Near the train station"
