"Have stayed here before. Lovely little boutique hotel that needs a little updating. Great staff. What spoilt our stay was a small thing but small things are important. We booked for 2 nights but after 1 night we found a note reminding us to check out by midday. Went to reception who were very apologetic. However, they did not update their system and when we tried to get it into our room the key would not work. So, another trip up to reception. Very annoying."

"Great option in Natal. Rooms a bit on the small side with some wear and tear, but comfortable. Recommend rooms with a terrace. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Lovely pool area. Placed at a quiet stretch of Porta Negra in walking distance to some excellent restaurants. "

Conseguimos fazer o check-in rapidamente e fomos alocados em quarto com cozinha e uma mini sala conjugada ao quarto. O café da manhã estava muito bom, embora não tivesse tantas opções, e contava com opções da culinária local. Também eram oferecidos omeletes e tapiocas se solicitado. Deixamos nossas bagagens sob o cuidado da recepção após o check-out e fomos muito bem atendidos. "
