For someone that came to visit from out of town, it was so convenient having the train station nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly, they have everything you need. Breakfast is not complimentary, but they do have a tea and coffee station that's accessible at anytime. The staff spoke English so that was a plus. I took the bus from the airport to the hotel and it was about 8 mins to get there. They didn't have ac but the temperature at night was cool so you didn't need one,...
We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient.
Nice hotel right at the end of the Stoos funicular. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Not a lot to the room but plenty of storage space and served us well for a 2 night stay. Plus the views with the balcony doors open were fantastic.
My only complaint is they charge for everything! 15 CHF per night just to have a coffee maker in the room, 5 CHF for a kettle, etc. But the shop across the way sells coffee for 3.50 and pastries so we opted for that most mornings.

Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.
The views from the windows were extremely gorgeous including of Lake Lucerne and mountains on the other side of Weggis. The room was spacious with an incredible bathroom/tub. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options of the local fare. Also, staff was very polite and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Very pleasant. Five minute walk to old town and major shopping street. Roof top sitting area to enjoy a view on to the city with a drink. Restaurant, sitting area etc. Well done in keeping with a smaller European hotel.
The hotel is close to old city and train station. It is very comfortable. The bed and the pillows , also the bathroom was really nice specially the shower.
We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable
