"Loved the clean room, laundry on time both times I needed it. Restaurant excellent service, one t HT ing felt wasn’t even good was the person assigned to clean our room she was late 3 days out of 5 we had to actually call reception because our room was undone for all day."

"The hotel is generally very quiet but the walls are very thin. So you can hear what’s going on in the room over from you. The area is very quiet at night which I appreciated. It’s not super far away from Roma Norte/Condesa. About 10-15 mins. The front desk guy with the eyebrow piercing was kind of rude and unfriendly but the other staff members were very pleasant. They have security on sight and you have to be buzzed in to enter the building. They also have a little cafe where you can grab breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The rooms have good space.. I liked the shower a lot. You can skip the balcony add on honestly, small with no real view of anything. Overall, a good affordable stay."
