Great hotel to stay at with lots of attractions nearby as well as the metro. High standard property with large rooms and excellent club lounge options. Staff were very friendly and although most had limited English, they all made an effort to assist. Great mall across the road with huge amount of food options ans the meteo line is only one stop from line 2 which is on of the main lines. Great hotel. Would highly recommend. And dumplings... oh the dumplings ... I had these for breakfast 8 days in...

Perfect placed at metro entrance no.14 and the center of Shanghai. Quiet and pleasant hotel. We had ordered three rooms for seven people. The three rooms we got, but there were only six beds. The hotel charged an additional payment for an extra bed. They did not respond to our arguments that we have ordered for seven people. Totally unacceptable. In addition they also charged for an extra person for breakfast.

And that’s all down to a wretched piece of room design that leaves a large gap between bathroom and toilet and the bedroom. Not a one off, I saw THREE rooms, all had the same issue.
