"Hotel Indigo has extremely friendly staff (professional and welcoming). Central location, very close to Bourke street. Silent, no street noise at all or even sounds from other guests. Also, impressively thick curtains. After a late arrival, I slept well after sunrise! Comfy bed. The reception is surprisingly on the second floor. Multiple speedy elevators made access very easy. "Excellent hotel in Melbourne's Docklands area. Our river deluxe room was spacious, and the bed and pillows made for the most comfortable bedding experience we've ever had, and we travel extensively. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay at other 1 Hotels in the future."

"Love staying at the Sofitel as it is a great location with the tram stop so close. Our room was perfect and staff as always were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes - such a treat! All staff in the Lounge were lovely but in particular Anna was a standout."

"My favourite hotel in Melbourne - top end of Bourke Street, which is a great area for restaurants, bars, green spaces etc. The hotel staff are wonderful - they always make me feel very welcome; their service is impeccable. The rooms are excellent - I usually book the premium king - just a note to ask for the larger ones - there are two different sizes. The slightly smaller one is still great, but I like to be able to walk around my space. I haven't tried the restaurant - Dollys."
