We enjoyed an upgrade to a beautiful panoramic suite with a dream king bed and stunning panoramic views. The Pacific Club Lounge was perfect for drinks and canapés before heading out. Walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and shopping — can’t wait to return!"

"On arrival the reception staff ( Angelique) was absolutely lovely & welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean with staff reaching out regularly for anything we may require. The aesthetics at reception were first class & particularly the Christmas decorations were elegant & glam. Would definitely stay again. "

"Our stay was fabulous. When we arrived Juliette greeted us like a long lost friend. The hotel was beautiful and smelled so fresh and clean. The staff was amazing, our room was perfect. Spencer and Jazmine (spelling?) were so fabulous and helpful, they really made our stay wonderful. Literally staff member we encountered was lovely. Though we were not in the city center, we enjoyed the location and getting to the busier areas was an easy tram or short walk away. The hotel is in the tram...

"Great food, great staff, lovely front patio, convenient location. US and Spanish embassies are within seeing distance. Nice mini apt rooms. Quiet! Balconies are nice but views limited due to this area being a series of high rises with apartments, restaurants etc on floor level. St Kilds Td is a direct shot to downtown/the CBD. 7-11 is one block away, very convenient. Buy public transport cards there. I had a wonderful two week stay!!"

"Everything went well until breakfast! I’m let took 25 mins to get to the table! Pastries were so dry I couldn’t even cut them with a knife! Inedible! As were the friands - eggs (easy over) ordered were perfect. The fresh fruit was great as were the toast selections. Coffee was good - room and service dest staff were great - no complaints there at all. "

"We had a junior suite which was exactly as shown , very clean with everything you could want . Even had a pod coffee machine which was for us a great addition. Staff were very courteous ,helpful and obliging . Check in/ out was so easy . Great location , short walk to tram line . Will definently be staying here again. "
