"Two problems when I went to room reception said they would sort it but they never did We could not get the telly working we got two channels but could not make it work properly. When I told reception next day they said we should have rung down we were in Bed! Breakfast very good excellent staff . The pie for dinner disappointing. "Staff, food, room, check in and experience 5*, would recommend and would go back. This is not a bad review, just information housekeeping: Instructions for parking were to park somewhere in the town centre but as we were staying in the chapel which had its own car park (code required), we were permitted to park in there. It’s not a problem but had we known that, we wouldn’t have spent 35 minutes driving round the full car parks of Conwy looking for a space pre-checkin. "
