They drive you into the resort via golf cart from the drop off area. It is a lovely little resort, spa and restaurant set among rice fields. The decor is gorgeous Balinese style. They staff gave impeccable service. Loved our stay.
The Maya Ubud was incredible! Perfect for a couples getaway. The property and grounds are beautiful and the villas are quiet and very private. Even though the resort was almost full it never felt that way, the atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious the entire time. The breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate does not disappoint, it was our best meal most days.

We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Bali here, Hilton in Nusa Dua, and Villa Seminyak Estates and this was by far our favorite place and somewhere we definitely intend to come back to. The property is majestic and the staff are the best. Thank you for an amazing and memorable experience!
This was the first time I've traveled away from North America, so maybe I was just in euphoria - but the whole experience was perfect. The staff was extremely nice and easy to talk to, especially those at the restaurant (which was a cute open air room). The servers were cutely dressed, polite, and so helpful. On our last day, we were getting picked up to go to the airport at 7am so we went to the lobby to drop off our key - and even though the breakfast (which is included) doesn't start until...

This was our first time in Bali and we started our trip in Ubud and stayed at the lovely Sri Ratih Cottage Hotel, what a gem of a place. It's located outside the main center of town,it's quite and I wished we booked a few more days longer. This hotel is marked as a 3 star hotel, but it's more like a 4-4/12 star hotel.

This staff is amazing! I had a birthday over my two day stay and I told no one there about it. To my surprise on my birthday there was a knock on my door and when I opened it three staff members were there holding a plate with two pieces of cake and candle. They sang “Happy Birthday” to me as I tried hard not to get misty eyed. Thank you for showing me a kindness I will never forget!
