"The best and most amazing hotel staff I have ever experienced. The hospitality and genuine care they showed us was unforgettable. During a public transportation strike, they went out of their way to help us navigate the city.
We were there for our wedding and honeymoon photos, and when taxis refused to take us for such a short distance while my wife was in her wedding dress, the staff stepped in without hesitation. One of them even drove us in their personal car so my wife did not have to walk in her gown.
Their kindness and dedication went far beyond anything we could have expected. Words cannot describe how incredible the staff truly were."

"I recently stayed at Hotel San Giuseppe in cernobbio. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was greeted by Maurizio. Who made check in very easy. He also had a staff member help with the luggage, a nice touch after a long flight. The room was perfect. I had a terrace outside my bedroom, with an italian view. The room was immaculate. The room had everything i asked for safe, refrigerator a great shower. The rooms get cleaned every day. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was unforgettable. ❤️. The hotel is owned by a wonderful family. They are very helpful with transportation and places to see.

"It was our 4th time in lake como. We got married at villa Regina teodolinda this time. We stayed here for 5 days before. The best hotel in all of lake como. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. "We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly."
