"Such a nice boutique hotel in a safe area. We walked late at night without any concerns. Staff is extremely friendly. Metro stations are a 15-20 minute walk, which for us was a nice way to explore the area. Same items everyday for breakfast but we enjoyed it nevertheless. Underground parking is available though we didn't use it. Porfino Coffee shop is downstairs, open to 11pm, which we frequented."

"we truly enjoyed our stay and this hotel. it was very centrally located. the rooms were a bit on the smaller side but we had a king size bed which is a good trade off. the rooms also had ac which is a must for me. not many hotels offer it. it had a great rooftop where we enjoyed a great breakfast every day. though the breakfast was the same every day it did not disappoint. the staff was very helpful and our housekeeper was alicia was wonderful. they offered a 24 hour snack bar which was perfect for our group where we went up to the rooftop to unwind after a long day and enjoy. i would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the centro, which can be quite busy, especially on the weekend."

"Location was perfect. It was more on the quiet street but walking distance to Main Street of Norte Roma. Amenities were good. Only suggestion is for the staff to be more attentive. I used the laundry room and they were filthy. I went right when they open in the morning thinking they were going to be clean, but they weren’t. Also, it had rained the night before and the patio chairs were still wet in the morning. Couldn’t enjoy the sun because chairs and tables were still drenched with water. Other than those two little things everything was good."
