"The room was amazing. It was quite large and clean and provided everything I needed for my stay including a shuttle to Disneyland. The hotel itself was well kept and clean and had a lot of amenities great for solo travelers or families. Staff was friendly. The site states multilingual staff, including English speaking, however I found the staff I interacted with couldn’t speak English. "I stayed at this hotel a few days last week, traveled up to Beijing and came back to stay here one more night. The service at this property is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and personable, especially the two women who work overnight. I loved the rooms (I stayed in two different ones). They are modern, clean and spacious. If you order takeout, a robot will bring the food to your room! There is free laundry and you can keep an eye on the machines from your in-room television. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from Yu Garden and within steps of a 7-11 and Family mart. Highly recommend!"
