"The location of this property is great. Walking distance to great food and shopping. The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in the second suite, there is a long steep stair well to get up to your suite, so if stairs are not a good thing for you, stay in the lower suite. The staff was very helpful when we need assistance. Will stay here again."

The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were clean and spacious and in the heart of the entertainment district. The place is within walking distance of various tourists attractions. The hosts were professional, friendly, and promptly responded to all inquiries. You will not regret staying at Hotel Lux. "

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "
