"Host was very unresponsive, checking in was even harder. After finally checking in I reached out to the hostess to inquire about Wi-Fi and there was no response later on after showering. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The host is never answered and just left me on red. It was a horrible experience. I hated this place. nothing was even set up for people to stay here Towels in the floor. Overall terrible experience and I’m leaving sick."

"We liked the location. It’s close to where we wanted to be. The check in was a little dramatic because the property doesn’t have a lobby or a front desk. The unit we had was great. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and the shower are all well equipped. We would definitely come back. Thanks! "

"Very good value. The room has all items but cramped. Could not get hot water and got feedback from management to "use the left tap". Maybe turn on hot water and go for brunch? It took that long and the pressure was inadequate. No natural light my window looks into common space so I had to turn off common light. Luckily people were not using common areas. Kitchen looks nice. Dont get unit on 1st floor as the front door slammed very loud and has buzzer to exit. "

The Mexican decor is very nice, and the rooms are clean, cute, and completely private—with their own bathroom.The neighborhood is very quiet and feels super safe, and we really appreciated the added security at Casa Kali. Plus, there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again! also, si vas a el Registro Agrario, esta a solo 5 minutos caminando en la misma calle. Perfecto si necesitas hacer un tramite ahi."

"My partner and I were stuck in Guadalajara during the security incident on Feb 22. The staff were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to keep us well-fed and safe when the city was shut down. I am truly grateful for the kindness they showed. Prior to the incident, we really enjoyed all of the cafes in the neighbourhood. The hotel is in an excellent location."

"Water pressure was weak, but functional. No wifi in my specific room. But AC was strong and cooled the humid room quickly. However the AC does leak, so prepare do not put your luggage under it. People seemed friendly! I'm unsure exactly who the host was, but everyone was extra nice and kept to themselves."

The street is safe and full of great options for nightlife, with many excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also very close to downtown, located in a safe neighborhood.
