Hotels in Rheinbach

"The rooms are small and so are the beds. The pillows are uncomfortable and the shower is small. The maids came once to make our beds during a 5 night stay. The spa and sauna is nude so we did not use it. The breakfast was good but pricy. Staff was OK. They clearly do not care for Americans by their attitudes towards us. Will not return. "

"Hotel is perfectly situated in heart of Cologne along the Rhein River. It was only an 8 minute walk to the Cathedral and very close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and available when we needed them The only downside was that they only had a combo shampoo/body wash in the room. I traveled light on the toiletries because most, if not all, hotels I’ve stayed at have had conditioner and lotion. So unfortunately I had to go and purchase some travel sized bottles. "

"I booked the hotel late, as my flight was delayed by over 2 hours, and I arrived at the airport just after midnight. I never arrived at the hotel. I spent almost an hour driving around, whilst my sat navigation sent me in circles. In the end I decided to drive home, which took 2 and a half hours."

"Great location close to everything we needed, with very helpful and welcoming staff. The on-site parking was a big plus and made getting around very convenient."

"Top quality room and kind staff. Sadly at 29e the breakfast cost was much too high so I had to eat out for breakfast. Also make sure you ask for daily cleaning of rooms as I got an unpleasant surprise when I came back to my room after a long hard day at an exhibition. For some reason Dorint’s policy is to clean rooms every second day!!!! I have travelled all over the world and never come across this even in 3rd world countries. Also sad that you have to pay a large amount to use the indoor pool. But nice places to eat nearby, very nice and spacious room with tea making facilities and walking distance to the wonderful Cathedral and station."

Près du Rhin et à 5 minutes de marches du quartier des boutiques. Les oreillers et le lit sont super confortables. Belles chambres. Définitivement à conseiller. Nous y retournerons."
