"This is not a chain hotel, this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms. It’s located in a secure gated community with attentive security. There’s a golf course on the grounds as well as a polo field and some other activities. The room itself was very spacious and clean with plenty of light, both natural and artificial. It has a television and a dedicated heat/AC system. The on-site restaurant has delicious food with excellent service. I have all positives to say about this...

"We stayed here to catch an early flight from QRO International Airport, and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy. The only thing to note is that the elevators are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit two large suitcases without a problem."

"Hotel Hercules is a gem of an experience! it is by far the greatest example I've experienced of repurposing something old with historical, architectural importance into something new and fresh while maintaining authenticity! There is plenty to enjoy, including three restaurants, artisan shops, the heated pool and spa amenities, the beer garden, and dancing and live performances on scheduled days. "The location is fantastic and the building is very nice. The room is spacious and quite well illuminated. The lobby has a great restaurant and a bread store which is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and we'll oriented. The one thing I would recommend is giving some maintenance to the room floors. The one I had had the floor with some damage and it brings down the rest of the room. "
