We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. My wife and I loved our stay here. We booked it for our last day in Sicily because it was near the airport. But when we arrived, we realized how extraordinary this hotel is. It’s absolutely beautiful—with service to match. The pool is incredible. And the staff treated us like royalty. We particularly enjoyed Luigi, our server, and our meals were excellent! Salvatore, the hotel manager, also went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend staying here.

Firstly, we were lost in Syracuse, but when we called the hotel to get some guidance, very nice man name Marchello gave us excellent directions and then met us outside the hotel which was a huge help after a long day of driving in Sicily.
