Tarragona takes visitors on a journey through Spain’s Mediterranean coast, where travellers can enjoy UNESCO historical sites, Blue Flag beaches and the interaction between history and nature. The city dates back thousands of years, with well-preserved Roman architecture like the Tarragona Amphitheatre available for you to visit. The Tarragona Cathedral is impressive as well. While not Roman, its Romanesque and Gothic design is truly breathtaking.

Tarragona offers a pristine beachfront for travellers to enjoy, with soft sands and inviting waters. Platja del Miracle is the waterfront’s main beach, and is set at the foot of scenic cliffs with golden sands and several restaurants around the west side. Platja Llarga is set further away from the city centre, where travellers can get away from the hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in relaxing natural splendour. It’s also located by Tamarit-Punta de la Mora, which is useful if you’re feeling up to more outdoor adventure among pine forest-covered headland.
