Did not have the listed amenities — hot water came out as a trickle, washer was broken and they would not let me use the one they had for staff, beds were noisy, uncomfortable AIR MATTRESSES (not memory foam) with a thin sheet on top and squished-thin pillow, no towel was provided upon check in and, asking later, they said “towel for €5” (acting shocked they added, “oh but it is refundable”), Wi-Fi only works in the cold kitchen, showers aren’t rainfall, there is no bathtub (not that I would use it in a hostel, even one that is clean), location is not near anything other than residential areas, and staff are not welcoming.

This purchase was for an extension of my stay from the 25th of this month till today (the 26th) for a bunk bed in a hostel in Madrid. But shortly after such extension was made, there were some serious problems caused by the hostel staff that happened to the customer. At first, they suddenly broke into my room shouting at me saying that he had to check out however at that time I already extended my stay by making this purchase. And more seriously, after the customer reported the misconducts of the hostel staff to the Expedia, they even threw a china cup against me making me unable to keep staying in that hostel due to serious security concerns! Based on the description of this hostel on Expedia, there should be a 2-in-1 washing/drying machine that’s available for the guests to use. However, during my stay there, the hostel staff told me the only option for me to get such services from them was to ay them additional 5 Euros for any one of such washing/drying work and such extra charge was not included in the room charge I paid to them on Expedia app. And more seriously, the customer was told by some other hostels in Madrid that he had already been blacklisted based on the information provided by this hostel (Hostel H8) booked from this purchase on Expedia which made him unable to stay in almost any hostel in Madrid although he never do anything wrong!

El chico de recepcion jefrey creo que es su nombre, un chico colombiano moreno, si van a este hostal, pidan que los atienda el, super amable y de verdad estuvo pendiente de que estuviera mas comoda. Tuvo muy buena atencion, del resto. Los chicos ni pendiente, de hecho me habian puesto en una habitación compartida solo con hombres, fue fatal, asi que mi recomendación que los atienda el chico que les digo

No hay buen trato para los huéspedes, son groseros, a mi me escondieron mi café, y me quitaron la luz porque estaba calentando un agua. Los colchones están viejos y como son de inflables algunos al despertar estaba en las varillas de la cama, hay 3 baños y solo funciona 1 y las duchas hay 3 y 2 dañadas. No recomiendo para nada este hostal muy malo.

TE HACEN FRAUDE. Exijo reembolso de Expedia!...HAGAN CASO Y LEAN POR SU BIEN: Fui al Real Madrid vs Barcelona que saturó la ciudad y en 5 minutos solamente yo, Taka de Japón y Sergei de Rusia llegamos para que nos dijeran "Expedia y Booking (mentira) RESERVARON DE MÁS y no tienen cama, pero los mandamos en Uber a otro Hostal muy cerca del Bernabeu". Te venden un lugar de más para llenar los otros dos hostales. La dueña es una china que NO DA LA CARA, y su hijo que no habla ni español ni inglés es el supuesto Uber gratis. "Pueden cancelar" te dicen porqué saben que TODO MADRID ESTABA A MAS DE 400 EUROS LA NOCHE por el juego y de ahí hasta el cielo, y que no puedes ir a otro lado. Pues como el chino no entendía nada, nos llevó al hostal H8 que está MUY LEJOS de Casa Sofía, y a 15 minutos del metro más cercano y a más de UNA HORA en metro del aeropuerto. Esperamos casi dos horas al encargado y nos dijeron que nos dejaron ahí por error. Además de no respetar la reserva, perdimos HORAS. Y NO ES LO PEOR: Ahora sí al "Casa 18" que no nos dijeron que están RECONSTRUYENDO. No tiene ni lavadoras NI TOALLAS. Tuve que pelearme para que mandaran algunas. Un frio terrible sin calefacción y TODO EL PERSONAL (lo tengo todo grabado) no asumen responsabilidades, y se niegan a dar el nombre de la dueña. NO VAYAN. No se dejen atraer por el precio. Regresaré para el Madrid vs Milán (me tenía que ir a Atenas y casi me hacen perder el vuelo) y denunciaré ante la Policía este FRAUDE. Y Expedia NO AY
