Hotel/Maroma beach is lovely - hotel clears seaweed if it occurs. Rooms (3319) are a good size but lack views and are in 3 block complexes. Only 1 large pool but so noisy, not peaceful. Hotel needs an alternative quiet area pool. All inclusive food / drinks were ok but difficult to book themed restaurants. This hotel is large so it is catering for the masses unless you upgrade to Privilege or Exclusive grades. Would not advise for disabled or elderly guests - long walks from rooms to facilities.

This is a basic budget property you get what you pay for food is ok clean rooms nice coffee shop nice pool the beach is very nice watch out for the raccoons they are cute at first but become annoying the longer you are there and some are aggressive they will take the food right off your plate

Everything was very good, food, service was awesome. Staff very attentive. I will definitely stay again but this time with my family. I went with my good friends and we all enjoyed. Just see if you all can put elevators because not fun carrrying luggage up three flights of stairs. Other than that I will stay again!!;)

We had a wonderful week at this resort! Don't pay attention to any bad reviews! Those guests must be crabby! This resort has a great feel... beautiful lobby, cozy sitting places sprinkled around the resort, manicured spaces, impecably clean throughout. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We are beach people and got to know Paola, the server in the privilege section, really well! She was so nice! Emilio, the recently hired beach/pool manager was also the best! The food was DELISH at each restaurant. The best we've had at all of the resorts we've been to. We made the required reservations at the beginning of our stay for the whole week. Worked out seemlessly. We would jump at the chance to return to this resort! Highly recommend!!

Nice and clean property with friendly staff and good food. Nice beach front with palm trees for shade. Coati's everywhere for those who like wildlife! Evening entertainment was fun. I would definitely stay there again.
