Clean room but without house keeping throughout my one week's stay. Breakfast was fantastic and varied. Property was very clean though busy with loads and loads of guests. Amanda was very helpful to me. Location was a few minutes walk to the tram going to Christ the Redeemer Statue. Local transport bus station was also nearby. Overall great value for money. Kudos to the staff.

This is a beautiful restored hostel, but as the same with hostel average cleanliness is not a priority even if you are in a private room. Specialy my room had a vintage door not sealing the frame, allowing all kind of mosquitoes get in to the room, not a pleasant night!

The room wasn’t clean. The staff, though nice, couldn’t stop the all night parties in the pool beside our room. Like 10pm to 6am. Security was sent a couple times and they quieted down for a bit, but because they were drunk, they just carried on. The grounds are beautiful and I had stayed there previously last year, but the rooms have deteriorated. We had a private room.

Contras: falta de prateleira no banheiro para armazenar itens durante o uso; lockers das gavetas das camas quebrados, tendo que deixar os pertences vulneráveis; Internet precária nos quartos, com sinal MUITO fraco (mesmo fazendo cadastro no site da rede, que promete velocidade maior); o site Hoteis.com diz que as toalhas são inclusas e, quando cheguei, fui cobrado pelo uso.

Todo bien en general, la recepcionista que nos atendio en la noche creo estaba un poco de malas y lo 2do, el buffete se termina entre semana a las 10am y si tienes hambre pues ahi no te pueden ayudar ya que la cocina abre de nuevo a las 12 del dia.

Em janeiro de 2026, nos hospedamos em um quarto privativo para duas pessoas. O quarto era ótimo e, embora não seja grande, atende bem. Porém, sentimos falta de ventilação natural (ficamos no quarto 23). Além disso, nem todos os quartos possuem frigobar, o que era uma necessidade para nós. Por isso, acabamos ficando em um quarto que não permitia ventilação natural e tivemos que depender do ar-condicionado para manter o ambiente minimamente ventilado, o que deixou a estadia desconfortável. No geral, a equipe deixou a desejar, com exceção da Mariana, que ficava no hall de entrada durante a noite/madrugada — ela foi impecável. O serviço de quarto também não atendeu bem: solicitamos duas vezes e só vieram na terceira solicitação. Além disso, houve divergência no preço de uma garrafa de água de 1,5L: em um dia cobraram 10, no outro 12 e, em outro, novamente 10 (com atendentes diferentes). Por fim, a máquina de secar é muito cara e frequentemente apresenta bugs, o que atrapalha bastante.
