Don’t go to room #9.
The first room I was assigned my room key didn’t work. I brought it back to the receptionist and she tried to get it to work. She then discovered that the locks had been changed but the keys not updated. She assigned another room. When I got to the room it was a double but I paid for a queen. At that point I was so tired after a 12 hour drive I didn’t care. The bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was no room between the toilet and the bathtub. Again….to tired of care. My next thing was to take a shower…turned the taps but the shower didn’t work. So I was forced to take a bath. With 2 false knees not an easy feat. I tried to drain the water and the plug wouldn’t come out so I had to leave the water in the tub. I paid for Queen, got a double and definitely no perks.

In a hotel where almost every room had an outlook and somewhere to sit to enjoy it, it was really disappointing to be given one of the four rooms around the side. Room was perfectly fine, and the staff lovely, but the memory is not a good one.

Tired
This old at motel is always very clean and the staff are friendly. This last time though we found our room really showing signs of use. The bathroom was very small and the toilet and sink very low. My wife found the bed uncomfortable but mine was alright. I think this is our last visit to this motel.

Very Disappointed
The hotel is nice but the advertisement is deceiving. It says it’s on the Falls, well when we checked in we were told the Falls were closed for maintenance and had been for a month. A local lady told us this time of year there are little or none falls. Either way we should have been made aware of the not so Grand Falls since that is why we booked there. Very disappointed

I booked a dog friendly room and was told upon check in that i didnt. Man on check in desk was not friendly about it ...very abrupt. Eventually he discovered a note with my booking, that i did infact ask for a dog friendly room and actually did apologise. Room was okay..though the bed was extremely hard. Nice view over the water but balcony railings were not tightly secure...didnt feel safe on it. Did order from adjoining restaurant..food was very good and staff were excellent.

The bathroom sink was leaking and our feet was soaked when we walked in . Taked to the staff for some sort of compensation and got nothing . We used every towel there was to soak up all the water . We even showed the cleaners and the receptionist even came and took pictures !
