Clean room

It was great. Nice, clean room! We did get stuck in the elevator for like 5 minutes… hope they fix it soon, haha.

We'll the biggest reason why I like mercury nova Iguacu its because it's close to my family & the peaple that work ove.r there ththey're well trained, they have what I love it: they have a great customer service.

Great staff and the hotel itself is not bad for the price. The problem is the location, this hotel is situated in a very dangerous part of Rio. My Uber driver who picked me up couldn’t believe we were staying in that part of town. Uber wouldn’t pick up from there either I’m assuming because it’s a bad area.

Very nice hotel, clean contemporaneous, near airport great price

Excelente acomodação, atendimento e café da manhã.

Nicely located in front of a mall full of stores and restaurants

Excellent stay at this beautiful Hotel. It has 2 cute restaurants, a very nice pool. A 24 hour open gym. All the staff its very friendly. The beach its wide but it has a lot of street vendors who really bothers. The area its safe.I fully recommend this Hotel.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Mr Rodrigo and Monique from front desk as well as Cassius from bar and Sales from breakfast were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. For sure it will be my home in Rio from now on. Keep it up and thank you!

It has been a third year in a row I spend holidays in Rio staying at this hotel. It has always been great - friendly staff, clean room great amenities for the price - great value. I also believe the restaurant is underrated - the lunch and dinner there were really good (and we tried many plates), plus my son really enjoyed the nutella-strawberry pizza they make. Definitely worth staying at.

We chose the Windsor Marapendi for our anniversary trip, and overall, the experience was very positive. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is simply excellent. I want to give a special mention to the staff: they had a wonderful attitude and fulfilled absolutely every request we made during our stay. The only area for improvement was our experience at the restaurant, which fell a bit short compared to the rest of the hotel. There were a couple of disappointing details: we were...

Everything was fine, Staff was friendly, location perfect for shopping and dining.

Nicely upkept property. Good selection for breakfast. Location is far from main attractions, so keep that in mind. With traffic you are at least 45 minutes to an hour away from things to do.

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

Very good place, very reasonable price, perfect location for my trip
