"The hotel was amazing, very helpful when asking questions, especially not being able to speak Spanish. The breakfast buffet was incredible, tons of choices everyday, great way to start a busy day touring such a beautiful country. Rooftop views & amenities were spectacular. Great place to stay centrally located in the heart of all the sites."
"Our stay was very brief during a layover flight, but we found the hotel and staff to be very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Madrid!"
"Clean eooms. Honestly the complimentary breakfast was the highlight for me. Definitely would return for that. Low light was having issues with the room key constantly not working and having to get it reprogrammed each day, quite annoying."
"Great location , close to everything. The staff was great and shout out to the manager Sonia. She recommended the best place to see a Flamenco Show. The breakfast was absolutely delicious . We will be back next time . Sonia upgraded our room for free."
"I was very happy with this accomadation. It was easy to get to from the airport using the 302 bus. Everything was spotless and new looking. I would highly recommend the buffet breakfast. It had yogurt, breads, bite sized pastries, coffee, juice, fruit, meat, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and I'm sure there were things I forgot to mention."
"Great property location right near to everything in Madrid. Hotel was clean, tidy with a great breakfast and hotel rooftop to see some amazing sunsets and spend time by the pool"
"The place was clean and the staff was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
My two sons had a great time in Madrid. I would love to revisit."
"LOVED staying here! So convenient to everything, great room, clean and quiet! Near great dining. Jesus was so welcoming when we arrived after a long flight, and even offered us a celebratory drink for our arrival in Madrid. We will be back!"
"Room was nice and clean and quiet.
Good selection at breakfast.
Hotel was in the center of it all, a close walk to all major sights and good restaurants. Highly recommend."
"Beautiful hotel and very well located. We walked to La Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza mayor and Plaza del Sol. Many restaurants close by, and the Atocha train station is also about a couple of blocks away from the hotel."
"Great location, wonderful staff who helped a lot making our short trip the best experience, and a great company purpose. Loved the pool and rooftop bar (perfect after an exhausting day visiting the city). Will want to stay at one of the ‘The Social Hub’ hotels again"
"Very nice and affordable for Madrid. Room to spread out. Walkable to a lot of Madrid. Front desk staff very helpful with recommendations and advice. Pool bar on roof great spot before bedtime."

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city. We’ll definitely...
Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!
Turned out to be a great place to stay. We had room 1 and it was a legitimate apartment - very large. The guy who manned the desk communicated with us great before and during our stay. He came in early to let us in as our flight was in the morning. The common areas are so-so, but the apartment was modern and clean. Great shower by European standards - fully enclosed with great pressure and hot water and actually larger than a phone booth. The location is great - about a minute to the metro and...
The hotel service and staff are amazing and go out of their way to assist you. This hotel has been my favorite hotel and I have been staying in it everytime I come to Madrid
Excellent property in Centro/Sol. Hotel sits on Plaza Del Carmen which is currently being upgraded and should be lovely when complete. Location is Chueca adjacent with easy access to Malasaña, Retiro, Gran Via, and most attractions. David, Santi, and Manuel showed me nothing but comfort and grace. Thank you so much!
We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!
This was our last hurrah in Spain and we wanted an upscale stay which we got. It was not their fault but the garbage had piled up right in front of the hotel from the various restaurants, it was pretty awful and it took two days to get it out of there. However, the staff were top notch, the service was great, they were very friendly and helpful, as well. And the restaurant took us without a rez and we had a great experience- we felt special. it is a hustle/bustle like area, right on the edge of...
This is the perfect stay to be in the center, the area has great vibe and it is very walkable.
The Host is excellent, super attentive and great communication.
I would stay here again.
