My stay was great! I really appreciated the airport shuttle/ transfer. The property is lovely! The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious!

Hotel Finlandia has great staff that speak English and Spanish. The rooms offer ample space with adequate closet space. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a large shower and a small countertop. The Hotel has good security and the elevators only open at your floor (activated by the room key). The bed and pillows were a bit more firm than I am used to, but certainly comfortable enough. Besides being a clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTRODINARY. I forgot my family's passports and money in the hotel safe and left for the airport which is 40 min away. I didn't realize my mistake until I was in the airport terminal with only 1 hour before our flight. Le Parc was SO ON TOP OF IT that they noticed my mistake and DROVE MY PASSPORT/MONEY TO THE AIRPORT and found me in the terminal. I was in shock and it was unbelievable! The staff was very attentive. The bedroom was clean. The installation need some love including the bedsheets and the towels but in general good.

This hotel is a gem! It seems like a 5 star retreat. We checked in extremely late due to our international flight and a simple email to the hotel was responded with assurances our room would be waiting, and it was. We had a wonderful experience in Quito. We were told to watch for pick pockets and shady taxis. Just make sure you get into a yellow taxi with the green rectangular government issued sign on the side. I even left my wallet in a taxi one night and the driver came back and honked his horn until we heard him and went back to get the wallet. Hotel owner said we were lucky to get it back. Taxi driver did take ten bucks out of my wallet but I didn't feel bad about that. I figured he thought he...

I somehow thought this would be closer to the airport, but it was about a 30 minute drive. Nevertheless, Llalo was very clean, safe, professionally operated and the breakfast on the porch was ideal. The rates were appropriate for the lodging. I highly recommend it.

I arrived very late. The hotel owner was there to greet me and check me in. They accommodated a later breakfast time. Was very happy and would stay again!

We stayed at Hotel Casa Gardenia for two lovely nights. It's located on a very quiet, nondescript cobblestone street just a few blocks from the Plaza Grande. The owners and staff were all very helpful and gave us a map of the area with recommendations on sites to visit.
