"Everything about this accomodation is excellent. The location is superb with the tram right outside the front door and its proximity to the city and riverside. If you are visiting the city, save some money on car rental and just stay here. Within walking distance to an abundance of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, and all of the festivities along the riverside. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again. "

"The room was spacious and well furnished. The bed was a bit on the small side but the value for money was excellent. The communication from the property was also prompt and good. Docklands is a bit out of the way from the central CBD of Melbourne but if you don't mind the tram, there are plenty that stop just infront of the building. Also, the docklands area has plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Overall, would stay again."
