"Train drives by often, it's next to the tracks. Very old and run down. But, comfortable and cheap, if you're just looking for a bed. All rooms are on the second (third) floor, no elevator, stairs only. Decent location, Walmart and lots of restaurants, etc, are across the street."

"I didn’t need or use their laundry facilities. I did not need anything in their kitchenette. I had a very clean room with plenty of towels for my length of stay at the Royal Lodge in South Edmonton. The staff is great, always very helpful & courteous. The Royal Lodge is the ideal place to stay, it is close to everything that you are going to need."

"Location very central to our needs. Easy access to South Common, Costco, WEM, and specialty stores. Enjoyed the breakfast and room was clean. Though parking was plentiful hopefully the spots will be re-painted as some people park a bit randomly."

"We booked a queen suite which was very spacious. It had a separate bedroom. The main area had a couch, a kitchen with a full size fridge, a table with four chairs and dishes for four. The hotel is at the crossroads of the Yellowhead freeway and St. Albert Trail. Both busy roads. You could hear traffic noise from the Yellowhead but it quickly just became "white noise". The bed and bedding was comfortable and there was an A/C unit you could turn on. The hotel is well located with easy access to...
