"Excellent location, walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants like Storm Crow Manor. I love the underground parking, felt very secure. The room was big but didn't feel super clean. We had fresh sheets on the bed, and fresh garbage bin, but there were random pompoms (?) around the room, and the bathroom walls are pretty stained. It's the best value for the location though! I ended up being charged more at check in, than I was quoted on my Expedia booking, which was a bummer. But the staff is great, and I didn't really push it with them."

"We were so impressed with our stay at the RIU. The staff weren’t above and beyond to assure that our stay was a great one. Right from the Bellman at the entrance to the restaurant staff, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal. You can get wherever you need to go within about 30 to 40 minutes whether it’s shopping or taking in a sporting event. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. "
