"We spent two weeks at this hotel, and it was a fantastic vacation! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful! They had an answer to every question or situation. The room cleaning was excellent. The lobby was so beautiful and relaxing. It was just a joy to see it there. I want to give a special shout-out to the kitchen staff: breakfast was amazing every morning! They have a wide variety of dishes, amazing pastries, and a special ginger drink. I'd never tried it before, and it was unique and delicious. The waiters were always polite, smiling, and kept the entire room spotlessly clean. I would happily visit this hotel again and highly recommend it."

It is great having a water refill station at the lobby and in our floor. It would be nice tho if we can have access to hot water too esp after the bar has closed. Overall it was a great stay in Prague. Hotel is walking distance to major attractions. There is the Palladium Mall & Metro station beside it."

"This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during the more than 50 years I’ve been traveling. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was perfect, and there was more than enough space so that we did not feel cramped. The breakfast was superb. Most of all, this hotel was beautiful! I doubt that there are any other hotels nearly this good, and I’ve traveled all over the world."
