Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had something for everyone. A bit expensive for the size and decor of room. All clean.

Very clean, spacious room for NYC. Close to a few subway stations.

Loved the balcony, but would have liked some kind of chair to sit in. Pillows were rather hard and there was barely any room to put our suitcases. Everything was clean and staff was helpful. Liked the purple nightlight in the bathroom.

Easy airport shuttle, and check in at 1AM. Thank goodness! Breakfast not included, order off menu or use the limited Starbucks products & coffee in lobby.

This hotel would be considered a budget type hotel in the Laguardia airport / NYC area. The room was clean and room service was good. Breakfast was reasonable and parking was free. It provided clean and good accomodation for 3 nights.

Location is good and bad. Neighborhood has nothing real close for breakfast but within a short Uber to many things of interest. Hotel is clean and friendly staff.

There should be an improvement in the breakfast menu, There were no proteins or fruits available. Some of the electrical outlets need to be replaced. They are worn out. Some of the pipe fittings need to be replaced. The iron board was not staying upright. All in all, the location was ideal for transportation needs.

No airport shuttle but walking distance to JFK Airtrain.

Needed a room for the night after an unexpected flight cancellation & found this property. Upon arrival, the entrance area is very dark and not well lit at all which is a little unsettling if you’re a solo traveler because unless you have key, you won’t be able to just make a beeline for the lobby & will need to be buzzed in. The lady at the front was very sweet and personable; her is Regina, I believe. For $350 a night, I expected my bathroom to be a whole lot cleaner than it was. Sink had...

Well located near the US Open grounds but otherwise would not stay here. Basically underneath the subway train that rattled the room. The beds were hard and the walls very thin.
