"Great hotel location to catch the Hop-a-Bus, which was on the side of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was nice. Hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and is on the main shopping boulevard…. All very walkable from the hotel. Nice convenience store across the street. I’d ask for a room in the back of the hotel to avoid hearing the lively, sometimes drunk pedestrians on the front street. Hotel room was a little small for US standards. Also, no AC was in the room so we had to close the windows at night to avoid hearing the bar/pub activity and it was a bit warm. The room’s walk-out balcony patio is shared with adjacent rooms so it wasn’t a private place. Otherwise, it was a great stay for 3 nights."

"Clean, comfortable. Only issue was the in-room coffee maker did not work. Staff failed to replace despite multiple requests. On the other hand, a marvelous desk clerk directed us to delicious bakery/cafe within walking distance of hotel."

"The place has a slight feeling of student accommodation but our corner room was clean and bright, with a good quality mattress on the bed. The shower was strong and hot - a real pleasure. We just about managed to cook pasta in the kitchen though it needs a large serving spoon, a second saucepan and a colander - very nearly scalded myself draining the water. On the whole, it provided what we needed at a decent price compared to hotels closer to the city centre. Free parking was very welcome."
