"Beautifull and pleasant decor, friendly and efficient staff, at the beach location, very good restaurant in the hotel by the pool, excellent included breakfast with buffet and a la carte items that you can costumize. "
"Passamos ótimos dias lá. Os funcionários são excelentes. Todos que tive contato são educados e muito prestativos. Nos dias que ficamos hospedados não faltou nada, porém, é bom ressaltar que foram dias de baixa temporada e ocupação pequena. Acredito que em dias de pico possa haver problemas de filas e abastecimento. Como não foi o meu caso o resort merece nota excelente."
"The hotel is in a great location. The beach was not crowded at all. Restaurants are a few minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not many people in Natal speak English."
"Property was very clean and everything worked as planned. I just wish I had understood how the mais service worked using the red/green lights. But overall it was a great experience. We will be back! Thank you"
"Fui muito bem atendida- funcionários bem prestativos.
Café da manhã razoável… o quarto é grande bem arejado e claro. Eu trocaria as lâmpadas por luzes mais quentes- cálida ou amarela.
A porta tem frestas de forma que pessoas conseguem olhar para dentro do quarto, isso não me agradou mas pode ser facilmente corrigido.
No mais achei bom.
Localização muito prática"
"Great area with lots of restaurants and entertainment. A few blocks from the beach. It’s not upgraded but it is in okay condition. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Door system needs to be updated. You have to often recharge the door key to work. "

I was in town for a week to work with colleagues at UFRN. I chose this place largely by its location - a couple of minutes from the campus. It was an ideal choice, and I will definitely be using it again next time I need to go to Natal. The room was a suite-style, so I could work at a table in the entry room. There is a grocery store right around the corner, so I could stock up for the week and keep stuff in the room's mini-fridge, not needing to go to restaurants for every meal. The hotel...
Sehrs surprised me in a good way for its structure, friendly staff, cleanliness and great food. It was a great experience and I'll definitely recomend!
I have stayed here multiple times, always the pleasure. The staff is very accommodating upon check-in, and helpful with any request. The rooms have got to be the best in all of natal, beds are super comfortable, really nice sheets and comforter. Room service has definitely gotten better over the years, but the breakfast buffet is always the highlight of my stay. Great spot.

I was very surprise with this hotel, it was way better that expected. It looks like a new property, rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly and even though it's low season there are plenty of employees and they are always taking care of the property. There is always someone cleaning the pool, floors, restrooms, etc.
Food at the restaurant is average and overpriced, but there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I found the area very safe.
PROS: Price, location, pool,...
The hotel itself and its staff are amazing. Very well located, extremely clean, brand new, the rooms are comfy and cozy. The size of the room is perfect and everything in it was very well planned (decoration, household appliances, and other supplies). We only have one suggestion to improve what is already outstanding; that they provide more entrances USB to charge electronic devices in the bedrooms, since we only had one. Out of that, all was a great experience. Highly recommended!
El lugar hermoso y la gente amable, lo unico que no gusto es que estaban en refaccion y no estaba disponible el area de juegos, hubiera estado bueno avisen asi uno no se aburre tanto
