"Large room, good breakfast and in a good location."

"The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot)....

"This is the best place to stay in Santiago. It’s right next to the giant park. “The lungs of Santiago “ . There are many birds and the teleférico and funicular are right there. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop close by. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was wonderful and very generous. They arranged a taxi from the hotel which was very safe and convenient."

"It was a very nice stay! The room was very nice, the view is excellent (we were on a 17th floor). Everything was exactly as the pictures. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, nice and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which is great. The area feels super safe, a lot of groceries stores and dinning options. Super close to the metro. The communication was excellent, they are super nice and answer very fast. "

"Great staff. Very helpful and nice. Location is GREAT. Transportes Celedon is wonderful for pick up and return to the airport. They also do individual tours and take you to both cruise terminals Valparaiso and San Antonio. The front desk at Ola Hotel can book this for you. "

"Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. The metro is very very close and there are a lot of restaurants, stores, convenience stores nearby. If you like to walk, would recommend walking from the hotel to Costanera mall, the Providencia Avenue is full of live."
