"The place has been renovated completely with new everything. I found a taco place next door that is great, and there is a convenience store by the entrance too. They have a restaurant/bar that is barely used so you will probably have the place to yourself. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and is large. I would stay there again next time I go to the hotel zone."

I like peace and quiet trips this one is not as party zoned like the sister branch, day trips are easier on my crowd meter tank they provide shuttles there. "This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort By IHG. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, the property is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! They are kind, friendly, engaging, and willing to speak in English and Spanish as your language skills/comfort allow. My 14 year old American daughter would love to see more food and dining options. But, I was content eating at the restaurant on the beach daily. Five stars across the board!...
