Visiting Shenzhen on business. The HRH is modern with comfortable amenities. Front desk staff was amazing (thanks much to Steven).

Breakfast : if you like to see a 40 meter ( 120') breakfast buffet, stay here. We have seen good breakfast buffet's on our world wide trip's, but nothing like this. The hotel is direct on the trainstation Shenzen North. Dont take a taxi, it's 2 min away. the entry is very hard to find.

Hotel occupies the upper floors of an office building. It's located in an area that is not overly crowded. It has complimentary self served washers and dryers for guests to use. Rooms are big with huge bathroom. Not far from Dongmen walking street.

Amazing Staff, I will be back

My great stay starts with a very smooth check-in. Anna Wei has helped my family settling into three rooms with club access. I will return to this hotel in the future.

Great location as it is right by multiple metro lines. Especially good spot if you want to shop at Huaqiang Electronic World, which is right down the street. Love the on-site (free) laundry service (can be completely self-service or left with someone as well)! Rooms are pretty spacious enough for luggages but the double bed room for 4 people but is definitely on the tighter side. There was one night staff warned us of a short but planned black-out that was supposed to start 1:30AM but didn't...

Very nice clean hotel, bathroom and shower is above standard with rain shower and very good water pressure. Lobby is high end look with very good quick service, I was handed a cup of tea as I walked in. Highly recommend, this is on par or better than most US hotels in China or US.

Good breakfast Staff helped all my requests

I booked this hotel at the last minute and happily surprised at how nice it was. The room was large and had a great view. The staff was excellent, very helpful. In particular the man at the entrance, who spoke no English was a great help with cabs and directions. The hotel has a small restaurant with a patio and very limited menu. The hotel is adjacent to Dongmen shopping and the subway. A great location. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and went out of there way to help me. There restaurant is well staffed and food is delicious even for some one who has never had authentic Chinese food

Finding the hotel was a little different as it is new and the signage in the airport has not yet adapted to the new hotel. Room was prepaid and the hotel did not bother to take a deposit- something I have never experienced in China before. Hotel seems to be millennial friendly with lots of common areas and a coffee bar. Kitchen was nice, though the place is far from any supermarket. Bathroom was very big and clean. Hotel was new when I stayed in February 2017 so cleanliness may wear off...
