The reception staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. A shout out to all three that we dealt with - great customer service. The location is walking distance to the zocalo and a market area and small mall. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the hot power shower was fantastic. The property has a great location and the staff are very sweet people, we stayed there 7 years ago the first time and the property is still well cared for.
