"It was our first time in St Moritz. The gentleman Nicola was ready at every turn to provide printed directions and wonderful suggestions in order that we discover St Moritz and not get lost. He is a wonderful ambassador for the Hotel. Bravo manager. First impressions are lasting 👍 Nicola, next time we will catch the sunset on the mountain. Thank you all !!"

The room looked like a princess room and had a lovely view.
The location is great, close to everything — the funicular is nearby, it’s easy to get around to see the lake, and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

"Genial staff allowed me to practice my German instead of immediately switching to English, as many would do. Room was clean and modern, a short walk from the train station and to the heart of the old town. The hotel itself and the ground floor restaurant have preserved many features of the building's three or four hundred year history, a delight for this traveler."
