Truly a “little gem.” We wanted a quiet space off the town center to return to after long days exploring, and we got it. This place was amazing. A little paradise in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very big and comfortable. There 2 pools and lots of things to do. Including temezcal, sound healing, yoga etc. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. There is laundry service available and they will always be happy to call you a cab. e room looked exactly like it does in the website images. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. Despite having other buildings all around, it felt like we had our own private jungle getaway. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.
Our overall experience at Muare was excellent, with minor complaints.
Firstly the positives-
Especially enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing music that plays in the resort all day. It’s very peaceful.
We got massages done and the deep tissue massage was great. The bar drinks were fantastic. The room was lovely, and the maintenance did a great job with daily room service and cleaning.
Now for the minor complaints -
The roads leading up the hotel are really bad, it’s an unpacked bumpy road....
We loved this hotel, we stayed 9 nights and everything was clean and organized in the room. The house keeping lady/guy did an excellent job. Don’t forget to leave a daily tip to her/him. The workers at kan tulum are always alert to have everything clean, safe,funtionally and well maintained atmosphere. We had a really good experience here. It's located in a great neighborhood with a lot of dining options nearby. the staff was really friendly and easy to work with, and also really helpful. The rooms were extremely spacious as well.
Overall the experience was nice. The surrounding area had a lot of construction going on but we didn’t hear any loud noises when we were there. The staff were some what friendly. The hotel seems to have a plumbing issue.
The staff is very helpful with answering all our questions and they have great customer service. I feel very safe in this property by having a staff open the main door to come in the hotel. The pool area is very clean and quiet. It's a great location near eateries and shopping.
Great stay in Amaka Calma. Just like the name the property full of Amakas and very Calm place. Very relaxing a d enjoyed yhe birds chirping every morning with some of their coffee which hit the spot. Only negative is road leading into property not fixed with dirt roads and puddles.
